به گزارش روابط عمومی : انعقاد تفاهم‌نامه همکاری بین شرکت خدمات فنی رنا و شرکت فنر سازی زر با هدف توسعه همکاری متقابل و ارتقای تامین قطعات با حضور مدیران عامل دو شرکت به امضا رسید.

مهندس وحیدخباززاده حقیقی مدیرعامل شرکت خدمات فنی رنا با اشاره به تعامل و همکاری بین شرکت خدمات فنی رنا و فنرسازی زر افزود : با انعقاد این تفاهم نامه سطح تعاملات بین دو شرکت، بستر های مناسبی در بازار قطعات تجاری گروه خودرو سازی سایپا را فراهم می اورد تا برای خدمت رسانی به مشتریان و ذینفعان در شبکه خدمات پس از فروش شرکت خدمات فنی رنا بیش از پیش بهره بگیریم.

مهندس خباززاده این تفاهم نامه همکاری را اثربخش خواند و تصریح کرد: استفاده از زیر ساخت های مشترک برای ارائه خدمات را بهینه دانست و گفت: در این وضعیت حساس کنونی کشور نیاز داریم از کل پتانسیل دو شرکت در یک جهت استفاده کنیم و با برنامه‌ریزی هدفمند برای شناسایی ونیاز وگسترش بازار، با تامین به موقع قطعات در شبکه خدمات پس از فروش را به بالاترین سطح برسانیم تا نیاز های مشتریان در زمان به موقع با قیمت مناسب ارائه گردد.

مدیر عامل شرکت خدمات فنی رنا در ادامه استفاده از قطعات داخلی در راستای کاهش وابستگی و بی اثر نمودن تحریم‌ها را باعث رفع مشکلات اقتصادی برشمرد و اظهار نمود: امیدواریم با تحقق هدف‌گذاری‌های شرکت شاهد نتایج مطلوبی باشیم که ثمره آن ایجاد و حفظ مشتریان وفادار خواهد بود.

Engineer Khabazzadeh called this cooperation agreement effective and stated: He considered the use of joint infrastructure to provide services optimal and said: In this current critical situation in the country, we need to use the full potential of the two companies in one direction and, with targeted planning to identify, need, and expand the market, we can bring the after-sales service network to the highest level by providing parts in a timely manner so that customer needs can be met at a reasonable price. The CEO of Rana Technical Services Company continued by citing the use of domestic parts in order to reduce dependence and neutralize the effects of sanctions as a means of resolving economic problems and stated: We hope that by achieving the company's goals, we will witness desirable results, the fruit of which will be the creation and maintenance of loyal customers.
