| Rena Company with ten million Rials as an initial capital started its activity for unlimited time in 1957 .The main activity was importing Trucks and agricultural machines but after the triumph of Islamic Revolution of Iran Ministry of Heavy Industries undertook its activity. In 1983 according to its activity was submitted to Ministry of Commerce. In 1990 in accordance with the agreement of two ministries Rena Company had been submitted to Ministry of Mines and Industries of Iran for the second time. |
| Based on Rena activities the amendment of General Assembly proceedings in 21/09/1994 approved Rena company to import Volvo Trucks, Nissan Van and any kind of light and heavy vehicles : industrial and agricultural machines moreover importing and selling spare parts ,investing for manufacturing parts, providing and distributing in Iran. |
| In 1997 the name of company, Rena, has been changed into Rena Technical Services Company (private Joint stock) and in 1999 according to contract number 79/2106 one hundred percent shares of this company from Industrial development and Renovation Organization of Iran( IDRO) have been submitted to Saipa Diesel Company. |
| The aim of purchasing of Rena Technical Services Company on behalf of Saipa Diesel Company because of giving after sales services to its products. At present Rena Technical Services giving services to the products of Saipa Diesel Company and repairing and supplying spare parts in warranty and Guarantee period Regarding to Central Workshop and Authorized dealers that all over the country Rena undertakes all services in the period of Warranty and Guarantee , moreover, this company in spare parts sector is responsible for supplying and distributing of all required parts in Warranty and Guarantee periods. |
